Art hotel is elegant, and the restaurant serves excellent and reasonably priced meals. The breakfast buffet has a delicious variety of selections. The best among other hotels during our stay in Japan is their spacious rooms, and has a closet. It is vintaged but classy.

Our room was in the Garden side (low rise), older unit with no air fan control. Need to open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was fantastic especially the freshly made French toast. We enjoyed the Japanese breakfast as well.

I only stay here the night before I headed back home because it was closed to the airport. Good place to stay if you need to be near the airport, free shuttle service was awesome. The hotel itself is outdated and can use some renovations. The rooms had an old smell to it but a humidifier was provided.

The staff were extremely polite which was very nice after a 10 hour flight. The convenience store was perfect for snacks and the shuttle bus made it very easy to commute between the airport and the local Aeon mall. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, room was definitely smaller than in America but overall was very nice. Only complaint was the commute to Tokyo was further than I had anticipated, but that’s my fault not theirs.

The rooms r quite old and clean on the surface but if u move the furniture its quite dusty and the bathroom is quite prone to growing mold, there was some on the phone cord and on the ceiling. Everything else about the hotel is great, kind staff, a shuttle bus to the station/airport, a mart inside and lots of food

Had a nice stay here, for the price it probably can’t be beat! The Onsen in the hotel was an awesome addition! Breakfast buffet superb!

It was our second time staying here. Clean, affordable and the staff were very friendly. Love that there’s a family mart on the main floor that’s open 24 hours.

This was an oasis after Tokyo chaos! The onsen was a natural volcanic one with multiple pools and steam room. A great way to relax before a 10 hour flight in cramped economy seats. The breakfast buffet was incredible and delicious with a wide variety including Jaoanese, Chinese and western dishes. The peace was onky broken by some foreign idiot talking loudly on speaker phone at the buffet- his countrymen scolded him. You must not be loud on trains or in restaurants!
