The rooms are Soo small, they also aren’t clean underneath my bed was covered in dust , the showers had so much build up around the faucets and railings.

The free airport shuttle was my first reason to choose this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, it was really a continental breakfast. I also liked the facilities and nice staff service including all parts of the hotel. If I need to stay around Narita Airport again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

I requested and booked a non-smoking room, the room may now be listed as non-smoking but it stunk of smoke and had cigarette burns on the bathroom counter and toilet
