Check-in with Jessy was good, but we suspect she took something from one of our grocery bags as we stored our luggage behind the counter. Pool area not as advertised, pretty gross. Black mold in the room, very loud in the hallway, no working elevator to carry luggage upstairs, wifi was terrible. We were also double charged,once when we booked through Expedia and then again at the hotel. Tondoroque was lovely to explore, but we would not stay at the hotel again.

No hot water

The staff and room were excellent! Some English TV channels would have been great. The biggest negative was the massive construction going on below our room that I could hear during the night and early morning.
