Mostly everything is fine. However, I specifically reserved this hotel because of the hot tub. It was the only one in the area that had a hot tub. I paid extra so we could stay here and have this extra treat for the guys as they work really hard. I was sad to discover that it was difficult to get into the area and that it was broken. The elevator was also broken but that wasn't really the reason for staying here. It was inconvenient but not that big of a deal.

Elevator was not working. At front desk they were not friendly or welcoming.

This property’s elevator was not working and they put me in the 3rd floor I asked to be moved to the 1st floor. I previously booked a suite and ended up in a regular room with 2 full beds

Elevator not working. Switched rooms because bed was 4 inches lower at the head end. Bed uncomfortable. Would not stay again.

There was an odor in the room. Also, the elevators were not working and no rooms available on the 2nd floor so we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

Hot tub doesn't work. I forgot items in my room. When I called a few hours later I was told room had been cleaned with nothing put in lost & found. So, I lost these items.
