Worse hotel in this trip!
Posted 18 Nov 2019 on HotelsIt was a disappointing stay. Onsen is closed. Front desk personnel were not very good at their customer service. Snowing day, no onsen, no walking around, no facility to spend time, a boring place. Room is far from car park and very small. Hotpot is placed on a stool for sitting, instead of a proper table, can you imagine? Heater is very hot even a lowest setting. Whole night couldn't sleep well as it was too hot. On the ground floor so didn't feel safe to open the window. Dinner in the hotel was limited and expensive. Drove out to have a very satisfying good beef dinner at 1/3 of the price. Regret booking this hotel.

Posted 13 Oct 2018 on HotelsAlthough our stay was cut short by a typhoon, we had an awesome time during our stay. The resort is very easy to find from the airport. Very beautiful and serene location! Hotel staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional! We had room service our last night there. Food was exceptional! Truly a great experience! Looking forward to going back!

Good hotel during summer!

Nice cottage
Posted 21 Feb 2018Very nice cottage with everything equipped.. located near a lake but we are in off season.. the lake was frozen.. will come back again

Please come visit during our golf season (March to November). During the spring and summer, you would be able to relax in and surrounded by green woods and be able to hear the wild birds singing.

Location: The onsen noboribetu was located in distance of 40 min by car driving, It was ok for daily trip, and the Sapporo was same as well.
Very nice winter view place. trees, walking roads & etc... Mostly the staff of the hotel was very kind and friendly. I can feel their concerns about our comport staing. The provided breakfast was good enough to start the day happy. very tasty!!

Nice Get-Away

Location: Limited options nearby.
Hotel grounds and chalet are very nice. About 15 minutes from town and shuttle service is not provided but the staff will call a taxi for you. Rental car may be a good option. Food (room service) was good but limited menu - the prices at the restaurant seemed high to me. Staff were very helpful but limited English capabilities.

During our winter season we have only our restaurant Ninkur open. But with accordance to the opening of the Nidom Classic Course (Nidom golf course) in March, our restaurant that specializes with muton barbeque, Jingiskan, will be available at the golf clubhouse. Also from April, our izakaya store, Kinkintei, will also be open, so when you visit next time, please come during March to November, when all three restaurants will be opened.
We apologize for the inconvenience you have had with of our staffs (“limited English capabilities”). We currently have a fluent English-speaking staff, so the next time you may come we hope there will not be any inconvenience.
