$100 deposit that has to be cash. Room was worn period synced and drained properly bugs in the bathroom. Cigarette burns on the sheets in a non smoking room.

The Staff is very nice and helpful. I booked online but had to give a one hundred dollar deposit when I arrived that I didn’t know of. Although I did get it back when I left. The rugs need a deep cleaning. In the “smoke free” area, it still smells like smoke/cigarrettes. There is a dangerous situation with the water (while showering). It goes really hot and then really cold. I got lost two times trying to find the hotel, even though I was using my GPS and it’s due to a closed road next to it. The floor in front of the ice machine is always wet. It’s a shame that we had these inconveniences, because each room is nicely equipped with Microwaves, Ironing board and iron, blowers, coffee maker, TV and Cable and Wi-Fi. The beds are pretty comfortable, but too high. At least for seniors. (Me) The bathroom was nicely cleaned and stacked up with clean towels and toiletries. I hope you can work on fixing the cons. It’s overall a pretty decent hotel and good price.

First they give my room away, that I paid in advance for and then tell me it’s nothing they can do because there were no more rooms and I wanted my money back because of an inconvenience they caused, then a room pops out of nowhere and when I went in the room, it appeared cleaned for the most part, then I see this huge cockroach crawling on the door and I said hell no I’m leaving. This has been the most frustrating day here. Unacceptable ‼️

I was there for 4 days and 3 nights no came to clean my room. My fiance had to go over to nearest dollar store so we clean our room ourselves.. Very poor service.
