Best location. Walk to tours, shopping, and restaurants. So convenient to everything. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful room with beautiful view.

Loved this hotel! Breakfast was amazing and I highly recommend!! Rooms were beautiful and clean and the staff was super friendly! I highly recommend!

Overall, a good property. The double room with 4 beds was good overall but very simple.

This hotel is at the top of the hill where the Alcazar is located. Our room was at the back, with a balcony and delightful view. That said, it is a hill to descend to the Plaza Zocodovar and the sites and shopping area. We found it worth it, but those with difficulty walking may want to consider carefully. The entire old town is extremely hilly, so it was not limited to this hotel’s location.

Location excellent. Rooms clean although no expected extras ie paper, pen, free bottled water, local tourist information etc. Our Superior room ,on 5th floor, offered amazing views from the balcony. The bedroom walls are paper thin and noisy. Breakfast is basic and needs improving. Room service menu is limited and of questionable quality.
