The rooms are very outdated. The average temperature inside the room was above 82. Bathrooms conditions were terrible. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Big hotel and old hotel with poor service quality.
Posted 25 Jul 2023 on HotelsWe arrived at the hotel after a long drive around 5 PM. It was still around 35 C outside. They gave us a room that was dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the room was warm because the air conditioning was not working well. I reported that the room was dirty to the reception, they immediately changed it to another room, which this time was clean, but the air conditioner also worked very poorly, so we couldn't sleep all night, because the walls were warm due to the high daytime temperature. Breakfast is continental, they try to satisfy a large number of guests, but the quality of the food is low.

Hotel Beatriz Toledo is a large property with a comfortable feel. There are generous places to sit and relax, with several dining options. The Spa is wonderful and a welcoming addition to our travels.
There was not anything we didn't like about the hotel or our stay there.
