This property is beside Hensville Park and is absolutely perfect if you are going to a MudHens game or event in that area. We self parked in the garage under the hotel for $15. Rooms were clean and had amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, iron board). Keurig Coffee maker with pods for coffee/ decaf and tea. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in a walkable distance. The breakfast buffet was well managed and restocked. (Eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, French toast, Hashbrowns, baked goods, cereal, oatmeal coffee & juice etc). Hotel gym was clean & well equipped.
My main issue was check-in. We arrived after a very long drive at 4pm (check-in is 3pm) and room wasn’t ready. Seems like an insignificant issue but in our case it this was really frustrating. Staff were apologetic but we simply had to wait.

We requested that our bed be made and trash emptied when we returned it was not done.

Other than the couch being dented in and no pool it was a cool hotel to stay in.

Valet parking is higher than quoted. $28 not $25 a night. FYI

I liked how it was within walking distance from several things downtown. It also overlooks the river and lots of colors shining at night. Parking was easy, except if there is a hockey or baseball game going on. We ended up using valet parking which worked well. Overall, great place to stay in downtown Toledo.

Our tub dripped all night and it doesn't drain. It kept waking me up. I personally think parking fee should be included with what we pay for a room.
