Room was comfortable and fine. Water pressure was terrible, tough to even shower. Towels were thin and rough. At breakfast all coffee was empty and it took forever to get them refilled.

Not enough staff in the eating area. Food was cold and unappealing.
Elevator quit working.

The breakfast is great. The pool and gym are not operational and this was not noted when booking. Had to ask for clean towels and garbage was not removed from room each day. With the lack of amenities, $165 per night is steep and not worth it.

We stayed here simply for a hot tub and it is out of order and has been for months and the desk said you guys were aware. There are way cheaper hotels right next door we would have stayed at. Shame on you guys.
