I lived the fact that I forgot to tell them that my daughter is handicap. They had put us on the second floor. They changed and gave us a 1st floor room and handicapped at that

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The door however had gaps around it and appeared to have been broken into before. It made me afraid to sleep because the parking lot was right there.
The staff were nice and pleasant enough but I was shocked that they asked for an extra $60.00 because I paid for my room through a third party. They said they’d reimburse my bank account in 5-10 business days. If I hadn’t had that extra in my account I would’ve been out of a room for the night. I have yet to get that extra $60.00 back.

The room and bed were awesome. The staff was nice. The other guests were quite noisy and rude, but you'll have that.

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. It was exactly what I was looking for. The area was safe, secure, and quiet. There were several fast food restaurants and a grocery market right across the street. The check in/out process was easy inconvenient. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, everything and working condition, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was king size and I slept well. Would definitely stay here again!

We picked this place because the pictures looked nice. False advertising! The rooms look nothing like the pictures posted! The room was outdated and dirty. There were stains on the sheets and gross looking brown stains on the chair. Even the soap containers were dirty! The thing that got us the most though was the used gum with hair stuck in it between the mattress and the headboard! We asked for our money back but were told no simply because we checked in at 6 and didn’t complain until 10. The reason for that though was because my husband had to work so we were not even in the room from 6-9:30. We discovered how dirty the room was at 9:30. The manager said the beds were unmade. How else would we have found the used gym? We even showed the worker pictures but still did not receive our money back. We left anyway because we refused to let our children sleep in such a dirty place! Definitely think twice before booking here! Absolutely disgusting!

Recently renovated. The bathroom looked nice. The bed and pillows are great. Liked it so much, stayed another night. Can't beat the price.

Found a bed bug in our room. Gave it to front desk. She asked if I found it in the bed, I told her it was by sink. She told “that’s ok, as long as it wasn’t in bed”. As we got ready to leave, my son and I seen a man and woman fighting. He was hanging on hood while she sped around and slammed on brakes. They were screaming. Within 30 mins. The police, detectives, and ambulance was there. Never staying there again.
