Great hotel but the staff was way too observant. Too strict for the rate

It helps keep everyone safe in our hotel which includes keeping the noise levels down and keeping kids from running around the hotel unsupervised. I understand your frustration with the experience you had at the hotel. It sounds like there were several issues that negatively impacted your stay, including the absence of continental breakfast, understaffing, and issues with room maintenance.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is generally in good shape, however my bathroom faucet was loose to point of almost unusable.
