Great location-only 1 km from old town, free parking and very friendly and helpful reception staff. On a negative side, the rooms are pretty small and dated, AC is loud.

Very nice, quaint and comfortable. A bit of a walk to go to town. We had a rental car but finding parking in the old town is difficult.

Restaurant was not open. No room service available. Gym equipment broken and/or unusable.
Views were great.

Great place to stay in Toledo. What made it special was the friendly staff, fast check in, and the bus that stops in front of the hotel that takes you to the center of town.

El personal de recepcion muy amables y con apoyo de como tener nuestra mejor logistica.

Good: the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Nice view from the room; quiet; good parking. Not good: towels were not clean - found someone’s hair in one of them; the floor was super dirty; the toilet seat kept moving when you sat on it; the bathroom looked like it had seen better days. Definitely not a four star hotel.
