Such a wonderful place to spend the week. The oceanfront room was excellent, the food was great, and the staff truly made the place special. The ladies who work there are the best!

They shut down the power and the water at 12 pm , was so scary in the middle of nowhere and dark didn’t feel any secure at all , and parking space not safe they have a open space without lights

Dear Guest,Please note the hotel has no responsability on the power grid outages of the area. We do have a backup generator that can power the hotel up to 5 days in a row, last night, unfortunately, it didn’t turn on. Sorry for that. Shouting at 5:30 in the morning awaking all others guests, complaining for something it was out of our reach, didn’t really help to solve the problem.Our on site security guards are top notch, and the parking constantly patrolled and at no risk. Sorry you had a different impression.All of our guest affected from the outage had a courtesy breakfast, it is unfortunate you left earlier.On a side note, please take good consideration that thermos, drinks and food are not allowed in the premises, no exception made.

The food was absolutely amazing! The staff was also super nice and helpful! Would absolutely recommend 10/10 with the activities, ease of transport and surfing accommodations.
