Check in and check out are quick. Baggage hold was convenient. Coin laundry worked. Good location and close by a 711. However, the temperature in the room is constantly hot and the ac does not work and the windows do not open.

Tokyu Stay Takanawa (Shinagawa Area)
Stayed here a couple of nights for return trip. Close by a couple of metro stations with different lines. If you catch a rapid line, only three stops or 20 mins to/from Haneda.
