"The staff was friendly and efficient when checking in. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities you needed. The shower room was nice in that the bathtub and shower were separate so you could take a shower and then soak up in the bath after. We appreciated the staff to accept our luggage beforehand and after checking out. The free soft drinks/coffee/tea and crackers/donuts between 5pm to 9pm was a nice treat! The only downside is that it is not a 6 minute walking distance to Shinagawa station. It actually took more than 10 minutes to get from Shinagawa to the hotel. It also took 10 minutes to get to the closest subway station to get to other parts of Tokyo. So please keep this in mind when booking this hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay."

"We were very pleasantly surprised to find the hotel had a public bath! That was a lovely way to wind down our days. The room was comfortable and furnished as we'd expect from APA. The check-in process was a little more annoying and less personal than at other APA hotels we've visited because it was all handled on an automated kiosk, but the experience overall was very smooth. I would definitely return."
