"The room was clean and came with a washer/dryer! It would’ve been better if it was bigger, but it was expected based on past Japan hotels, so not a deal breaker. There was coffee every morning in the lobby with other grab and go amenities if needed such a face wash, lotion, tooth brushes, assorted teas, etc. An additional plus was the luggage delivery service from the airport. I was able to drop my luggage off at Haneda Airport and it arrived by the evening and I was able to get to the hotel on the train without lugging my things with me during rush hour. "
