The area is quiet, safe. Across the street there is a supermarket and many restaurants and stores nearby. Location is super convenient. Train station has close. Hotel is very nice, and clean. Very happy with our stay. Would highly recommend this place.

We traveled here with my wife and two kids. The place was amazing. The check in process was easy once you get through the registration process. We would definitely stay here if we come back to Tokyo.

Check in process
Posted 8 Jan 2024 on HotelsIt was very nice hotel and comfortable room. The hotel send email how to check in process a day before check in but Unfortunately, the hotel forgot to send me front door code. It’s takes time figure out contacting to customer service. Then finally opened the front door.
It was late night and raining so was miserable. Also air conditioning is working good but it was dust on it. So should clean it. Other things is well .

We loved this place! We stayed here for the last few days before we headed back to US and this was probably the best hotel we stayed out for the price range considering we stayed at 4 star hotels and such. It was only 30 minutes away from Haneda airport making the trip easier for us 6am in the morning. The room was spacious and nicely designed with a kitchen, living room, and couch area. Only thing was that the couch looked crusty and stained. We did use the washer and tried to dry it with the washer/dryer using Google translate but after 3 hours it wasn’t dried. But we figured out that you’re supposed to hang the clothes in the shower hanger rod and put the dryer function on via the panel outside the shower and it was dried within an hour. The hotel is also close to a 7-11 and family mart making midnight snack runs easier. Check-in and check out was super easy as they give you a code and we felt safe the entire time staying there. Everything we needed was provided and there was more supplies on the first floor such as towels and cleaning supplies if we needed it. It was such a nice stay here and 10/10 would stay here again!

We loved this hotel. It was beautifully spacious for all 5 of us, had a great bathroom set-up that allowed multiple people to get ready at once, and it was very comfortable. The room's decoration felt minimalist and calming. It felt like a joy to come back at the end of the day, sit around the table, eat together, and hang out on our beds. The bathroom was also HUGE, which was wonderful!
The only downside I can think of was that we had a washer but not a drying rack. That felt strange; we had to hang clothes all over the apartment. Since it was an unmanned hotel, we didn't know how to ask for one. It was a little inconvenient.

10/10 room - 0/10 check in experience
Posted 20 Aug 2023 on HotelsThe hotel room was basically perfect! Comfy beds, plenty of room, balcony, table and washing machine in the room was amazing! AC also worked the best of any hotel on our trip. Everywhere was perfectly clean!
The hotel is close to two stations on different lines, and was convenient for Tokyo city, Yokohama and day trips further afield to Fuji-san and takao-san. The area is well populated with shops and restaurants just a short walk away near the stations.
Unfortunately the check in process was absolutely miserable. The hotel forgot to send me the front door code, and there is no way to contact anyone inside the hotel from outside. The help number listed outside also was not answered. I had to find one that worked on the hotel website. When we eventually got in, the lobby must have been well over 40 degrees with no ventilation. Japanese summers!
Really unfortunate as the room was so nice, but this is the worst first impression I’ve ever had at any hotel. It seems the hotel forgetting to send the code is a repeat issue - someone else mentioned this in a review. Would be great if management would either take more care to send the code out or install a buzzer to contact the staff member inside - who was lovely despite us not knowing much Japanese.

There are several things we love about this property. Its proximity to Ooimachi station is convenient to all the major areas in Tokyo and the Aomonoyokocho Station is about 30 minutes to Haneda Airport. The place has a built-in washer, a setting in the bathroom that dries the bathroom after usage, and a setting that dries laundry when it is hung in the bathroom's drying rod. Our family is not used to the small hotel space that is typical of Japan so having a space with a dining table, a couch that converts to an extra bed, and a small kitchen while staying in Tokyo was greatly appreciated. We were a bit surprised to see the dust and dirt on the upper shelves and around the washer since Tokyo is known for its cleanliness. One of the downside of this place is all the laundry stored around the stairs.

Absolutely loved our stay! Loved the area it was in. Very close to the train station & delicious places to eat.
Was quite and clean. Loved that we had a washer. Staff was very attentive when we needed something. would definitely stay here again in another trip!

nice place for a long stay
Posted 26 Jul 2021 on Hotelsthe hotel was cute with a nice kitchenette, washer and a big tub (also equipped with a heater to keep the water hot!). check in was easy and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
