The staff were extremely polite and friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient location with public transportation, shopping and restaurants nearby. The on-site laundry made traveling light very possible.

Location location location ; the place has great shower with good water pressure ; housekeepers are the best ; staff helpful; if you don’t speak Japanese it’s ok cause the staff speak English & the ones that don’t use a phone translator.. rooms are small but it’s worth it for the proximity to the train both skyliner to airport & subway to all I mean all tourists sites and great sushi and wagu steak; they even hold your luggage if you check out and have a late departure for no additional costs; we got everything done, we don’t speak Japanese, 1st time in Japan; and we ate, shopped, and saw all the tourist sites. I will definitely stay here again. Thankyou , made Japan a memorable experience a positive one.

Excellent location! The train station is just 10 minutes in car from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and markets close by. The room had a laundry machine which is quite helpful for a family. The room was always cool and that is a must in August.

Nice hotel right down the street from Ueno station. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. Staff was very friendly. They had a laundry room and coffee machine in the lobby. Room was not as small as I thought it would be so we had plenty of room to move around. Would recommend.

We enjoyed a great stay in an excellent location. Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. They have spare toiletries available as well as a decent coffee system that is available 24 hours. The small laundry facility is also very useful and we enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet that had both Japanese and Western food choices. The rooms are small, very small, so that is something to consider if that is important to you. We couldn't really unpack but for our short stay this location is fantastic and worked very well for our needs.

Cozy room in a quiet hotel less than 10 minutes walk from Ueno station, numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Comfy bed, decent shower. Not much room for storing bags and limited hanger space, though that seems to be typical for hotels here!

Staffs are very helpful, we had a problem with our luggage transfer and they kept contacting the company until they are able to contact a person to locate our luggage. They provide new towels, bathrobes and water bottles everyday. Free toiletries, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and crackers in the lobby. Hotel room is clean but small space which is typical for most of Japan hotel rooms. The hotel is just across the Ameyoko market. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Just 3 minutes walk to Ueno station.
