Make sure your room is located in the main hotel- do not have a room located in the hotels annex- the quality is vastly different - a double bed room is not large enough for a couple- we ended up in a twin room with single beds and has much more space

Would stay there again. Upside is the great location. It’s in a quiet area in the middle of so many options for shopping, dining, people watching. Also loved the washer-dryer setup. Downside was room was smallish and basic with the queen bed pushed to the wall — that meant there was some bed crawling involved for one of us.

Excellent quality- price alternative in Tokyo. Enjoyed the laundry machine in the room and the simple approach to services. Basic with comfort and quality. In all Japan they could reduce plastic amenities in the hotels!

More spacious than a typical Tokyo hotel for the price. Also the washer/dryer in room was a pleasant surprise
