Property overall was nice, however staff was not helpful or understanding, and the listing description was lacking information.

As an English speaker I found the Japanese translation on the CNN news really irritating. I could not figure out a way to stop it. I had already chosen English as my choice for the news
Had the same problem in January when I stayed there.

Very accommodating staff. Friendly and helpful. Great views with lots of walking distance restaurants and convenience stores. Shopping on the lower floor and a Lawsons.

The Tokyo Prince hotel had a great location near Tokyo Tower. Room size was good for Tokyo. The hotel has many restaurants and even its own “Conbini” Lawson Convenience store in the basement.
