値段以上のサービス、機能的なホテルです

チェックインはスムーズで、スタッフは丁寧でよく訓練されている感じがしました。部屋も清潔で、機能的。ウェルカムドリンクのミネラルウォータも用意されているなど、とてもスマートなホテルだと思います。この値段で、これだけのサービスを受けられたのは初めてかもしれません。また、泊まりたいと思いました。

建物が古いせいか、鍵が固くて、固くて開けにくいでした。 お布団も薄ぺらのもので安いものですが、 お部屋の値段はそんな安くなかったです。 わりと高いでした。 朝食は冷めて、ふにゃふにゃのクロワッサンとデニッシュが出された。 ホントに二度も泊まりたくないホテルでした。

駅からも近く条件的には良かった。 部屋に設置されてる空気清浄機？加湿機 入った時点で給水ランプが点滅してたので 小さな事でも気にして欲しかった。 それ以外では清掃も綺麗だったので特に気にならなかった

価格に対して良好なサービス

JR水道橋駅や地下鉄後楽園駅からほど近く、周囲にレストランやコンビニも多数あり東京ドームシティも目の前と立地は最高。部屋はコンパクトだが快適、清潔さも問題無かった。カランの水量が多いのでお風呂を溜めやすいのが地味に嬉しい。コンセントがもう少し多い（あるいは分かりやすい位置にある）と更に良いかも。コロナ禍の為朝食はビュッフェ形式ではなくなっているが、シンプルながら食べごたえのある量（洋食）をスタッフが持ってきてくれる。コーヒーのおかわりも可能だった。総合的に、シンプルではあるが価格の割にサービスや立地がよく、また泊まりたいと思えるホテル。

外観はとても古く暗い感じでしたが、中はどこも清潔感があり、客室そして浴室も掃除が行き届いており、とても綺麗でした。 生憎のお天気でしたが10Fのお部屋で目の前がドームでしたので良かったです。 朝の軽食も私達には十分な量でした。 また機会があれば気軽に利用したいホテルです。

Located across the street from the Tokyo Dome, close to train and metro stations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the smaller size, but that was expected. The lack of any drawers in the room was surprising and the lack of a safe. Breakfast was included and OK.....after about 5 days I chose the MaDonald's down the street. Would I stay there again, YES. Price was good, location good for the Dome. It's worth giving it a try.

작지만 편리하고 깔끔하고 친절한 호텔!

평범한 비즈니스 호텔인데 도쿄돔이랑 가까워서 상당히 편했다. 조식도 괜찮았다. 다만 룸이 다소 작다는 점이 약간의 아쉬움이지만 가격이 모든 것을 상쇄 시켜주니까 만족!
