I thought it was ok for the price. Facilities were extremely clean and other guests were respectful of others. As a woman traveling by herself, I felt safe staying there overnight.
It was my first stay at a capsule hotel and I wish I would have gotten more guidance from the staff when I first checked in. Staff did not speak English (which is fine, you're in Japan after all!) but was not necessarily welcoming or friendly when I was trying to ask questions. I felt like I was bothering them, but they seemed to be happy to answer questions from locals. Maybe it was just my assumption.
The hotel is located in a very industrial area and there are no restaurants around. However, a subway station is only 5 min away. Very convenient!
Wouldn't necessarily stay there again but I would definitely recommend it if you're travelling on a budget.

Very nice experience for a capsule hotel. Very clean, not too crowded, and the pods themselves were actually very comfortable.

Close to Shinonme Train Station. Affordable. Good for day solo travelers.

There were three lovely ladies I spoke with at the front desk, two were Russian, they were the ones to help check me in. They didn't speak fluent English but they made every effort and were able to explain it just fine since this was my first capsule hotel. I would take one star away for two reasons, the capsules have a fan to pull in air, which the hotel is air conditioned but once you close the bamboo screen for privacy they get a bit warm. Secondly the location is in a bit of an industrial area which was weird but it was close to Shinonome line so it was still easy to get around. The showers are excellent but could use more ventilation. They provide PJ's, slippers, toothbrush, etc. The lockers are big enough for a duffle bag and any suitcases are locked in the main lobby.

It was fun to try a capsule hotel. However, it was uncomfortable. There wasn’t a place to change and the it felt like I was sleeping on the floor.
