Great accomodation for a few weeks in Tokyo
Posted 16 Nov 2023 on HotelsWe really liked the accommodation. Having the use of the kitchen and washing machine was excellent. The staff at the bar Downstairs were lovely. The location as great. A nice quiet place to stay for a more lengthy stay in Tokyo. So close to public transport.

Good location, good value for Tokyo. Close to train stations metro and kesei, easy on the train from Haneda. Easy to high speed trains at Shinagawa.

Great for Families in Tokyo
Posted 22 Mar 2020 on HotelsA nice little apartment hotel with convenient access to the Tokyo Skytree. Reception isn't always there (they show up at 10am, which is checkout time, but it didn't seem like they were there every day), but the staff are friendly and very helpful. It's pretty much what you see in the photos. Enough space for a small family to get some distance from each other, and all the necessities for cooking and microwaving and storing food. For the price, if you don't want to be in the same room as your kids, it's hard to beat.

Best stay in Tokyo
Posted 9 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe hotel itself is very minimalistic but modern - we loved the design of it. The room has everything we need, although we would have loved to have another mirror other than the one in the bathroom. It is also very clean and cosy for the 5 of us. One thing that is exceptional though, is the service. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. Also, the hotel is very near to the Oshiage station, convenient to go to places around Tokyo. There is a family mart 2 minutes away, and if you'd like to enjoy some drinks, it has a nice bar on the 1st floor. Overall, we had the most pleasant stay & would definitely come back to stay again!

Posted 20 Nov 2019 on HotelsGreat location. Beautiful staff! So clean and comfy. We had the best stay with our family of five. Was a tiny bit of a struggle with our wheelchair due to space with the lift (But only minor) the rooms are a great size. I would absolutely love to come back. It was fantastic!!!

The place is exactly as shown, and it has everything necessary, plus sleepwear included. Although the room is a little small but it’s definitely value for money.

the way the room was set up was unique
didn't like the fact that reception was not always attended so when you need to speak to staff it was through email or phone

pros: very close to B2 exit. seems like my house in tokyo. no key only password. good air conditioner. english available managers(thank you. kenzo, yuki)
cons: only japanese TV channels.
may be good choice for 4-5 family members
