The rooms are small, which is normal in Japan hotels.
Central air conditioning not turned on. Room was quite warm and we could only control speed of fan, not temperature.
Hotel has 2 convenience stores and a few restaurants.
Location is great. Walking distance to shopping, train stations, restaurants.
Would stay here again!

the hotel was within walking distance of the shinjkuk station with underground access making it very convenient. plenty of dining options in the area and less crowded than kabukicho (higashi shinjuku).

I really liked the ease of walking to various sites in Shinjuku from the hotel and I loved all the dining options in the mall underneath the hotel.
