Was extremely small, barely room to move in room and staff was not helpful. Gave little and bad information. Stayed one fewer night checking out a day early but no money back. Beds very hard. Would never stay there again. Also a bit of a walk to train station.

Great service at Shinagawa Tobu hotel. Rooms are small and quite dated. Breakfast is simple. However, the service of the staff made the dated decor and simple breakfast enjoyable. I would stay again as the location is great and price is good too.

8 minutes walk to station and several places to eat ramen and sushi in vicinity! Station in complete construction mode so look out !

Everything was great! Just the size of room was very tight since we use sofa bed to squeeze 3 ppl in. However, we had good night right after long flight! I love the stuff at front desk! They were so polite & great smiles to welcome us! Happy stay!!
