This was our first hotel for the Japan trip and it definitely set the standards high for us. From service to hospitality to rooms and amenities everything was remarkable.
I wish I had books Grandbell for my entire trip as I was really impressed.

Not recommended for more than 1 night. Hotel is just ok. Shades in the room do not eliminate the outdoor light. There was an odor of sewage coming from the pipes in the bathroom, on my last night, not caused by the hotel but the neighborhood.

Very easy location with lots to do around the area. Space was very small but manageable.

It was close to Shibuya crossing. Lots of local dining options. The only complaint i have is the lighting in our room is not bright enough. One the staff members helped us carry our luggages to our 5th floor room.
