Loved the layout of the rooms for 4 grown adults in Japan. Shower / bathroom was very nice for the price. Area has plenty of great places to eat with locals and transportation via train easily accessible. I would 100% come back for my next trip to Japan!
Location is great, can walk 10mins to Myeongdong. The hotel has an independent cafe near reception along with a GS25 convenient store on premises. Reception staff were great and accommodating. Had a lovely stay.
Stunning hotel! So stylish and beautifully designed space to be aesthetic and functional. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with excellent support. The location was brilliant being so close to the train station, cafes, restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Spotlessly clean and beautifully quiet!
Very tiny rooms but amazingly efficient use of space. Very clean and modern. A bit tough with finding spaces for all of our 5 suitcases. Very walkable. I can recommend and will stay again.
Was a great property just make sure to know that if you arrive early there is no place to store bags. It’s in a very quiet part of town so it’s a bit of a walk to all the touristy parts of town
Room was as described, fit our family of 5 well, clean and comfortable sheets/pillows. Enough towels and toiletries. Only improvement is check in process - required to add info for every guest including children but info was the same for family. would have preferred to fill that in before arrival
Hotel is about 9 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. If you need a place to sleep at night while exploring magnificent Tokyo, it is what you need. Other than that, it’s really small.
The room was a bit tight for 4 people. The beds were not comfortable. The location, however, is great. It is very close to the train station and many convenience stores. You can walk to many points of interests. Additionally, it is difficult to get in contact with any staff as there is no front desk reception. I was messaged through Expedia that I would be charged for a damaged tv; however, we never turned the tv on during our stay and were unaware that the tv was damaged and I am unable to talk to anyone outside of using the Expedia chat as there is no front desk staff.
