The area is more remote, so more quiet. There is a Lawson store, which we went to everyday. The unit is older but clean and roomy. It had a washing machine but no dryer. On my last day I found out that there is a laundry facility near by, but it was too late.

They need to have better communication when you get a room here. When you get a room here they send you an email with your room number plus the code to get in other than the communication it is a nice room and me and my daughter enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was great about the place. I understand we rented an apartment but we needed to clean a lil the place. The biggest inconvenience was that the property doesn’t have a good way to reach management so there no staff in place to do a check in. Most international flights arrive to Haneda very late and there was no one to open and the only way they have to contact is by phone or email. Since as a foreign you can’t get a local sim cad with phone number we end up having to stay the first night on another hotel just to wait for someone to get us the information to get in the apartment.

This property was great for a family of 5. The kids had a bedroom and the adults had their own. It was quiet between units, but within the unit you could hear through the walls. It was a great location with a bus stop right in front and multiple train stations within a 20 minute walking distance. The area was very quiet and had multiple grocery and convenience stores within walking distance. I would absolutely stay there again!

伝えられていた部屋の暗証番号と実際の暗証番号が異なりとても困惑した。少し清潔感は無いが部屋は広く大人数でも過ごしやすい空間だったのでおすすめ。
