Safety - 10/10 (It's Japan anyway. Doesn't matter)
Water pressure - 10/10
Room size - quite generous for Japan
Room facilities - 10/10
Convenience to reach - 10/10
Location - 10/10 (Walkable to Uniqlo flagship store, Zara and all other shopping places)
Breakfast - not good for vegans or vegetarians as there aren't many options. But there is a family mart on the ground floor of the hotel where you can get fresh and delicious bread.
Subway station nearby - Yes
Restaurants nearby - 10/10
I highly recommend this to anyone. One of the most reasonably priced and best hotels in Tokyo.

The reception staff were very attentive & efficient.The bed & pillows were perfect. The massage chair was an added bonus. Even their drip coffee was excellent. The scent of the shampoo, conditioner & body wash reminded us of Hawaii. Overall, this hotel is quite impressive & we enjoyed our stay very much.
