It is an affordable hotel with rooms on the smaller side. The JR station is just two minutes walk away which makes it very convenient. There is a view of the skyline if you are staying at the upper floors of the property.

1. Proximity to the train station
2. Numerous eateries with a 24/7 japanese eatery; Lawson & 7/11.
3. Staff speak English & very helpful
Areas for improvemrnt:
1. Steps to hotel entrance made it difficult to push heavy luggages into the lobby could consider putting up a ramp.
Overall excellent location; staff and near eateries.
2. Wish for some Eznglish tv programs / chsnnels

Very close to a subway station so it can be a good base for daily travels for a fair price.
Also lots of eats around, some of them are 24/7. The neighbourhood worth exploring.
Good wifi. Hot water with strong stream.
All and all - good experience.
