Walkable distance to Akihabara. Public transport was not too far as well. There was only one washer dryer in the hotel but there is a coin washing machine place not too far away. Room was on the smaller side compared to osaka and fukuoka but it was manageable. Staff were polite and helpful.

Posted 13 Jan 2024 on HotelsAmazing stay, perfect cleanliness, quiet room on 7/F, good sleep, free coffee and tea at lobby a plus, EXCELLENT 5-star service from professional team - Saga san, Miyazawa san, Ms Nguyen Hien…to name a few. Good value for money. Would definitely come back.

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Convenient location, 7 mins to Ochanomizu station and JR station. 8 mins to Akinhibara. Love the complimentary coffee, ice chocolates, Japanese tea, facial lotions, etc. Staff very attentive and go above and beyond to help guests. Can choose the breakfast option with good choices. Higly recommended.

Aside from the outdated of using a key and needing to drop off every time we head out in the daytime, it was overall a great hotel! They have complimentary amenities and drinks! The staff are very kind.
