Overall a good stay here. In the middle of everything and connected to a subway which is great. New and stylish hotel. Good breakfast. Had a great sized patio balcony. What I didn't love. The lighting in the room was not good. The room was small with a very small closet. While the balcony was large, very furniture was out there minus a small rectangular thing. Can't really enjoy it and could have used that extra space and had a proper sized room. The restaurant was booked out from all lunches and dinners so not very nice to not have an option to eat there minus breakfast. While it's a nice central area, cabs never new where the hotel was and was a struggle to show them, even with the exact Google map address. Also getting a cab without ordering one seems impossible.

This is a beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff and excellent rooms! I was staying in a triple room with a balcony, and had a great experience. The room is designed to take advantage of a small space, but my friends and I didn't feel like it was cramped at all. There's also a bakery in the lobby that makes some delicious croissants and other baked goods. My only note would be that the hotel doesn't have many dining options outside and even the closest konbini is a 5 minute walk away. Besides that, excellent hotel.

If you want to be close to Shinjuku other areas, but not directly in the hustle bustle then this hotel is perfect for you. the red light district is only 15 min away, the train station is right outside the hotel doors you’re able to take a nice walk to Harajuku area as well. The doors close at night you’re only able to enter w your hotel key card. There’s someone there all night they are able to assist! The room is definitely on the larger side with a balcony for an amazing view. Would definitely stay again! Most of our friends stayed directly in Shinjuku, so we had to take Uber/taxi every day to see them but it would be 10-$20 each way which wasn’t bad for us. Check In is at a kiosk takes less than 5 minutes.

The staff at this property was excellent. When we arrived at check in a little before 2pm the dining room had already closed for lunch. Luckily a staff member recommended a great restaurant within walking distance.

Would not recommend. Staff do not interact with you. Very impersonal. Bad location with not much around. Room is designed poorly with limited storage and dark. On site restaurant was overpriced and bad quality. We had to ask for bread 3 times before they brought it. Empty mini fridge. Does not compare well to other 4 star hotels.
