Great location in Ginza that’s walkable to shopping, eating, and mass transit. Rooms were nicely sized for Tokyo, staff was super helpful and kind and the hotel has numerous onsite amenities we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel! Great service! Walking distance to the fish market and high end shopping. Our hotel room was very clean. They also do luggage transfers to other hotels and it arrives there the next day. Storage for luggage was also another plus. We kept some luggages at the hotel when we left for Osaka for a few days, which was complimentary, no charge. I was also able to leave our luggages with the hotel prior to our 9pm flight back to the US, while we walked around Ginza without having told lug them around the whole time. This hotel has complimentary toothbrushes, hand towels, combs, so no need to pack those. We got the moderate room with extra bed. The room had 3 full size beds (US sizing). I would define stay here again. The only downside was that they only had 2 washer/dryer machines, so unable to do laundry because it was always occupied when I tried. Overall, this is a great hotel for families.

I cannot compliment the staff enough -- they are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to be helpful. The room I stayed in was super clean and the room service was phenomenal in keeping it that way during my week-long stay. The hotel is in a great location with several subway entrances close by and also a multitude of dining options, too -- plus a late-night Lawson just a block away. Highly recommended! A Look forward to coming back soon!
