Staff were very helpful and polite, answered any questions you had. Cleaning staff were on point. Rooms come with all amenities, and are replaced daily. I mean all amenities, not like many other hotels where its only a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Everything, razor, face lotions, body lotion. Actually, just no shaving cream oddly enough. But overall excellent - cannot hear neighboring rooms, only while people were in hallways, but once in rooms I could not hear a thing.

Great birthday dinner at the hotel restaurant. Lot’s of dining options nearby. Lovely comfortable hotel. Convenient to subway and intercity trains.

Hotel was clean and friendly with good access to restaurants and train station. Room was spacious with everything you need. Wifi connection was unstable.
