Good for family that goes with the group of 4-5 persons with quite a bigger space than other properties. Staffs can speak English and good manner. Convenient system with no hassles of taking card or check out without facing to the staffs during non-operating hours. Everything is on the code. However, the location is quite far from public transportation around 650m walking distance and if you have senior family members, then it would be quite difficult for them.

Good, clean, spacious, good price.
Overall a good place. A nice big room in the residential area so it is expected to walk a little to get to the closest station.

We stayed as a family of 5. Great location, close to main subway line and plenty of places nearby to eat. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were very helpful and kind, we would definitely stay there again.

Average 10 minutes walking from most transit but an otherwise great stay

This property was very clean and quiet. Easy walk to Ueno station and restaurants. Very recommended

The room was quite spacious and clean, there’s 7/11 right by the hotel and Lawson nearby, about 6 mins walk to JR Ueno station and metro. Took Keisei Skyliner from Narita and took taxi to the hotel.

The room is perfect for a family with kids. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The only down side is the location, it takes at least 15 mins walk from the hotel to the nearby subway station. There are 7-11 and Lawson nearby, but it is hard to find restaurants in short walk. Overall, we would recommend this hotel who travel with kids.
