The staff is amazing, I had a medical issue with my eye and they supported me to leave early and refund my money for the days I couldnt stay, breakfast was great, location was central and would recommend any traveller to stay in this hotel, absolutely the best staff in any hotel I have stayed in. Thank you L’agent hotel staff and team for being so helpful and absolutely the best.

Location is great but is noise at night as it close up the hospital you will hear siren all the time

Great area. Super close to transit, restaurants and shops. We felt really safe too the entire time. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant hotel with clean comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. My only criticism is there was nowhere in the room to place luggage.

We stayed 3nights. Very clean, helpful staff. Under 5minute walk to main areas of Shinjuku (restaurants, entertainment district). Good size room for 2 people. Laundry facilities ($5). Bar downstairs with light food options. Safe area, police station down road. Noisy each night, near the hospital you will hear the ambulance sirens.
