I only stayed one night in this hotel and the area was ok and close to the subway (although I believe I saw a men’s club right on the corner), breakfast was decent and not expensive, the staff spoke little English but still they really tried to help. However, I’m rating it low on cleanliness because the cigarrette odor on our “non-smoking” room was absolutely terrible, almost unbearable. We tried changing rooms but they told us there were no more rooms left and that we were in a non-smoking floor but it definitely didn’t seem that way. We had to spray half a bottle of air freshener in the walls, bed, etc just for us to be able to sleep. Hotel conditions were ok and didn’t seem old but if this is the smell in every floor and room, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Fantastic stay!! Very close to the station with lots of places to eat and drink right next to the hotel!!

It’s relatively near to the train station. Front desk staff not friendly, will pretend to ignore you. Rooms are relatively big for Japanese std. however this hotel is in the shadier part of kinshicho and can get quite rowdy.

I think it's a great hotel for business travel. There's a lot of restaurants around the area, a big mall 5 minutes away. The train station, bus , and taxi are 7 minutes away (walking).
The staff are very kind. Only one staff speaks fluent English (she is great!). They also have a translator devise to help if communication is complicated.
I would love for the TV to have an English language option to select the cleaning and more. The cleaning was ok, but I don't think they ever cleaned the space next to the bed and the desk area. Sometimes the futon would have hair from other guests.
Bathroom was great!

Just 5 mins walk to nearest Kinshico train station. Near Halal food. Book Off, 2nd Street just few mins walk from the hotel. Spacious room very convenient for muslim to pray in the room and very clean.

Posted 4 Jan 2024 on Hotelsthis is 3rd time to stay in this hotel when i was in Tokyo, this hotel is easy to travel if you arrive or depart in the HND airport with direct airoport bus. As usual, the room size is acceptable and cleanness and quiet inside the room with good insulation between rooms.

It was my second time staying in this hotel and I was not disappointed. I really recommend this place
