The rooms we were put in were very tiny. We booked a doublebed room for an adult and kid and we felt the space was enough for one person only. There is very little space between the bed and the wall so it is claustrophobic if you are used to space. Rest of the aspects of the hotel were fine.

Overall not bad, i would give a 5 stars if they didn't charge a mystery 400 yen. This is the first time out of dozen times ive been at business hotels. Not concerned about the amount but why couldnt they add that in before checking in

The staff is super friendly! The hotel is very clean and cozy. I would stay here everytime I go back to japan.

Posted 26 Sep 2023 on HotelsVery affordable and and excellent customer service. If you are a tall person, the bed might be too small for you and the mattress is quite hard.
Good location. There are a lot of restaurants and seven eleven downstairs . I actually like the area. If you have a big suitcase, might be a bit hassle to get to the hotel because you have to take local line (one stop though ) from shinagawa station.
Overall It was good. If I don’t have a big luggage next time, I will definitely come back.
