This hotel is in such a nice, quiet Ueno neighborhood. It was the perfect place to come back and crash after being in the busier, louder wards of Tokyo. Tons of great food nearby and also close to the train and many well-maintained conbinis. Rooms were small compared to other hotels we stayed in but very clean and functional. Free amenities and very kind and helpful staff who spoke English. They were able to help us arrange luggage forwarding as well!

Staff was excellent in helping with questions. Noticed a few minor problems including debris falling from HVAC vent in ceiling. Eating breakfast at the property was very convenient although some variation in the breakfast menu each day would be nice.

The location is great, not far from Ueno Station, Keisei Express Terminal, Ameyoko, Asakusa, etc. All of these within walking distance. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Staff there always helpful, and they will keep your luggage safe whether you arrive early prior to your check-in, or decide to do some more shopping/sightseeing after you check-out at 10 am. The area around is full of dining options, including several conbini if you prefer to go that way.

Excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location with easy access to train stations and convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

Staff were very helpful during our stay. Hotel was clean and new. Location is very convenient, 1mins walk from the nearest Metro station on the Oedo line. The hotel is also along a sleepy shopping street, great for a stroll anytime.

Very happy with our stay. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. We used the on-site laundry which cost 600 yen for one combined wash and dry. The machines are preloaded with detergent which was helpful. Rooms were on the smaller side but I believe typical for Tokyo. Rooms were very clean and showers had very good water pressure and included soaker tubs. They provided slippers and pyjamas which was nice. Upon checkout they were able to hold our luggage for a couple hours until we moved on to our next destination. We didn’t include breakfast for our stay so can not comment on it. Overall would recommend this hotel. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the Shin-Okachimachi Station (on the Oedo Line) as well as a seven eleven. There are several places to eat a few mins away.

It was very quiet in the room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! The produce was fresh. The only problem was to find the hotel when we just arrived. It was already dark. Google maps were terrible - we were moving faster than Google maps tracked us. So, a 3 minute walk turned into 20 minutes wandering around. What really helped to find the hotel was the sign installed up high on the building. The hotel consists of 11 floors. From Exit A3 is a very short walk to the hotel and if you look up you will see the sign. It also has an elevator down and it is located much closer to Tsukuba express. Exits A1 &2 don’t have an elevator and further away from the gates to Tsukuba express. Overall it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly staff when checking in and were able to drop our bags off early. Clean room and good amenities, shampoo etc. Really liked the location, shops, restaurants, and the subway is really close and bigger stations not too far either. We didn't try the breakfast.
