Loved this hotel! Comfy bed, great amenities, lovely staff and the best black out blinds on the windows! Really great place to base from to explore Tokyo. Would definitely stay again.

This was a super cute boutique hotel. It was located very close to the metro and many excellent restaurants. The staff were super helpful and kind, providing anything we needed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with good lighting and air conditioning. We enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood. I would stay here again.

Posted 10 Jan 2024 on HotelsA caring multilingual 4 star service staff whom r also great with dogs cats .the location is excellent close to jr train grocery , 7-11. The area is an artisan hub .great eating foodie area .The staff r intelligent to make ur room changes seamless, welcoming and loving , excellent observation and minute tidying , pricing can change usually IcI becomes cheaper, so one can rebook and cancel previous more expensive rates. , the pricing is higher than most , the cafe is rather depressing as thee breakfast is light almost like a snack ,. As. It has 2 floors for dogs ..if u love canines this IcI is it . IcI has a lousy staffed sister hotel mondays..avoid that one , IcI has great welcoming House keeping but common areas in high touch areas r pretty dirty , the air filters r rather laacking in cleaning .
