Good location! The hotel was clean and the rooms were not too small! Friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was great as well!

The room was dusty and not kept. The hotel floor smelt like cigarettes even though we asked for non smoking room. The curtains were heavily stained. Whilst the staff were very friendly, the hotel room was underwhelming. The location was great.

This hotel was great! It was very clean, the breakfast buffet was amazing. There is a money exchanger in the lobby if you need more yen. The “queen” bed is actually more of a King size bed, which is very nice. The biggest advantage of this place is that it is right next to a train station, which is tremendously helpful for getting around. It isn’t at one of the main stations so it’s more affordable. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very quiet, which was surprising as the hotel is on a main road. But we could not hear the traffic at all. Very convenient for the metro - about 2 - 3 minutes walk. And not far by taxi from Shinjuku station - this was very convenient when arriving/departing by JR trains. Very clean throughout and surprisingly spacious room for a Tokyo hotel.

Location is close to a subway station which was convenient. However, the hotel staff is not every fluent in English which I expected since this is a hotel with international travelers. Many times the front desk staff had to use translation tools to communicate. They only clean your room every 3 days but do change towels every day if needed. Room had very few electrical outlets. Breakfast buffet was ok but don't expect to be able to take anything to go such as a banana or croissant or they will chase you down and make you give it back.
