The staff were exceptionally helpful, always ready to provide immediate responses to all queries. The processes, such as payments, are very prompt and hassle-free. I would highly recommend this service and would definitely return should the need arise

Great place to land after a long flight and get adjusted to the time difference before heading out on a tour of Japan.

The staff was amazing and very accomodating. Even helped me when I checked out a day early misreading my ticket
