Wifi was so slow. I even had to go out and use the street free wifi, which was so much faster. Otherwise, location was close to Ginza. As expected, the room was a little small but managable.

The hotel is conveniently located near subway stations and restaurants. Customer service is subpar. Bedroom is nice and clean. However, the bathroom has a smell that does not go away even after daily room cleaning.

A clean hotel.
Friendly staff.
Extremely small rooms.
Breakfast is good, lots of options but the breakfast area (which is at the lobby Italian restaurant) is very small so sometimes I need to wait for a table before I can sitting down for breakfast.
If you don't the small room and breakfast condition mentioned, it is a nice hotel to stay at.

Good location, access to Tokyo station and Ginza. Rooms are on the smaller side, typical of Tokyo

We had a room with 3 twin beds. It was very tight. I am 5’2 and I could touch the ceiling in the shower. Wouldn’t recommend for tall people. Located in a quiet, safe area which was enjoyable as other places we visited were so busy. Staff was friendly.

The Expedia page says there's laundry service or machine but there wasn't any... Was very disappointed on arrival.
