The hotel unit is quite small as are other hotels in Tokyo. The kitchenette is useful only to do minimum cooking or warm up ready-made food. The staff is friendly and helpful with their limited English. The bed and AC are in good order. There are good and reasonably priced restaurants around. Convenient stores are at every street corner and are well stocked. Overall, the unit is good for a short stay.

Room was dirty. We tried to use the microwave but it was unplugged. We called the front desk for help to move the tv stand because it’s blocking the outlet, they don’t understand/speak English very well so it took longer to communicate what we need. When the tv stand was moved the back side of it was filled with dust bunnies. Most of the appliances are also old. Room is not as pleasant as it shows in the picture. We booked for two nights but didn’t want to stay for the second night because of what we saw so we requested for our 2nd night reservation to be cancelled the same night we check in but the hotel refused to give us the refund.

Good location and clean. Service was great. I have nothing to complain expect that the walls are very thin and you can hear the other rooms. I would stay there again

Cleanliness was my only concern. Walls had questionable stains all over, including the mattress. Staff were great and there's an in-building laundry which is great for longer stays. Conbini is across the street and Sunshine City mall just a short walk away. Access to 2 stations, the JR line is about a 7 min walk away and the Marunouchi line is about 10 mins away.

I booked a non smoking room but when I entered the room smelt very strongly like cigarettes. The smell seeps in through the vents into all rooms it appears. When I asked hotel staff to amend this they said there were no other non smoking rooms available. A couple days later they provided a deodorising spray which did not get rid of the smell. Will not stay again.
