Good hotel at a prime area close to all major places and very good connectivity. Good breakfast with good variety food both japanese and continental.

Big City Hotel. We were a bit shocked that they charge fro the gym and eating options at the hotel were way out of our price range so always ate elsewhere. Bus to the Airport was helpful but also expensive.

Hotel is old. But staff are nice and helpful . Scale at lobby is a good idea to ensure luggage will not be overweighted
The positive attitude towards my complaint of the room not a non smoking room as booked , hotel immediately change room and upgraded, we truly appreciated their immediate attention
