The location has very competitive advantage, however the review status for exchanging water in rooms not a very good act. I totally understand that need of having good reviews to us. The page search status however I feel what this hotel is doing is way too much.

For the review thing, we are sorry it caused some misunderstanding. We liked the property but when we used tried to ice the amenities such as buffet it was closed and laundry did poor job of drying even with multiple uses.

Loved our stay. Spacious room for 3 and great residential area for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Great staff and hotel in good condition, modern facility with delicious breakfast! Also a convenient shuttle bus to and from Disneyland/Sea which was nice. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We had an amazing and comfortable stay. The hotel was actually much bigger than expected so that was a plus. I’m writing the review mostly because there was a receptionist but I didn’t catch her name I’m so sorry but she helped us out and went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank her enough. We were trying to get out luggage delivered to our next hotel to avoid carrying it around while traveling. The hotel itself did not offer the service but she did tell us the 711 next door offered it. She even helped us fill out the slip because we weren’t completely confident in what we wrote on it. Amazing service to her and also would stay here again!
