The staff was really great and helpful. This hotel was literally right next to the station so it was easy to get to and from things in Tokyo. There’s a lot of dining options around which was great. Room was a little small, but clean and comfortable.

It is our second stay at this hotel, has been a great experience aleays. Staff is super friendly and attentive, rooms are spacious for Japan as well as very confortable and clean. Convienient location next to Metro station

Such an amazing stay. The staff was so sweet and accommodating! There were a few reviews complaining about their free shuttle to Tokyo Disney, but we had no problems booking a reservation spot for the two days we went. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff at all times of day and night. Nice selection of free toiletry items, disposable slippers as well as coffee and tea to make yourself using inroom electric water kettle and comfy robes to borrow during your stay. The bathrooms are great especially the very large tub for soaking sore muscles and adjustable,removable handheld shower head.

All staff at the hotel were very helpful and kind. The room was cleaned often, if you forget any toiletries the hotel supplies them for free and offers refreshments and convenient transportation to Disney Japan. Also, the location is near the metro, Seven-Eleven, and a ton of delicious food places. I will book again.

Location was very convenient to the metro & many food options near by. Family mart & 7-11 were within a block or two away. They also had a money exchange machine within the hotel which was an added bonus. The only downsize was the very flat pillow and they didn’t have any others to spare. Overall would stay again though for price, location & convenience.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are quite spacious. Close to a small shopping area that is also filled with a lot of different restaurants. Fine to stay for a day or 2 since it close to Disneyland and it lets you enjoy a bit of quiet away from busy central Tokyo, but that also hurts it as it is quite a long train ride to more popular tourist spots.

Everything is good especially the staff are so nice and polite. The only problem is the bed. Bed is really uncomfortable and when we asked for extra pillow they don’t have any. Also the blankets were smelly.

The hotel was across from the train station, this made us extremely easy to get around. It's a bit far to areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya via train, but the train system is extremely easy. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and very, very nice.

- We loved this hotel. All staff are extremely friendly and nice, and guess what? They speak perfect English! - Amenities are by the elevators in the main lobby, it sucks that you have to go down, or pick something up whenever you need something. But, it’s there anyway! So, not really complaining. - There’s only 2 laundry machines (both operates washing and drying). And the drying time is not sufficient despite running it twice and paying twice. Plus, you have to wait for other people’s turn before you’re able to get a chance. It’s the only complaint I have. I wish there were more machines!...also the washing and drying are quite expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at. - Oh another complaint would be the noisy people staying at other nearby rooms. They literally leave their doors open and shout at another room to communicate and boisterously laugh (im assuming they’re acquaintances) but this isn’t really a hotel issue, more like those tourists being inconsiderate. - There’s free ice cubes!!! In case you’d want some! Which is very nice! - Train station is extremely close. Loved it! - Toooooo many places to eat outside. Literally. - AC works perfectly, loved it. - They offer that you put review online before you check out, and you could get a skincare set and a water bottle for free! - Unfortunately, we lost one of our key cards and had to pay 1,000 yen. - This was our final hotel and we took local train to get to Narita Airport to leave—we had no problem.

Great cute hotel, next to tons of food options. It was perfect for our first night after a long flight, two trains and it drops you right next to the hotel, we had to take a bus due to a train issue, that also dropped us off within almost a block. The staff got us checked in quickly, were friendly, offered the breakfast option that looked lovely the next morning, we passed being too excited to explore.
