Definitely a small room. No chair. Fine for us, we don’t spend a lot of time in there anyway. Washroom/shower felt like being in an RV.

In front desk the lady named Pushpa has zero experience of customer service. She is terrible, doesn’t know nothing and keeps urging even though she’s working as a customer service representative without knowing English at all. Don’t want to help at all. It was a terrible experience of staying into the hotel.

You get what you pay for. It’s good for the price don’t except it to be 5 stars, the staff is nice has a laundry room as well the view from the 8th floor is good too. Overall I was satisfied.

Good for short stays in Tokyo.
About a minute from Shintomicho metro station (or a 15 minute walk from the Yaesu-side exit of Tokyo Station).
Has a laundry room on the first floor. Staff seemed friendly

Dissapointed that after checking out at 10am, I was not allowed to leave my luggage at concierge until 5pm.
I could only keep it for an hour. That costed me not to be able to spend 7 hours touring Tokyo city area.

Nice place conveniently located near metro. Communication with front desk was challenging at times but otherwise very good experience.
