Fine besides if smelled like urine our whole 5 days. Very very small. Loved distance to sky tree.

Dust n broken window blinds

Broken window blind for 10 of 12 days. Very dusty room. When room cleaned dust never dusted up on obvious areas like desk, tv n frig top.

I had reservations for 2 rooms. The non smoking room we got smelled like a smoking room, the shower curtains has mold and the air vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned. I had to ask the staff to take away our blankets because they were filled with white stains and hair. Looked like they had not been washed in a while. They were able to come back a few minutes later with just one back and if was also dirty. Never heard from them until i had to ask the front desk a day later if we could have blankets. Items in the room were dusty, I had to wipe everything down. I had read the reviews of the same issue, and was really hoping the management would have fixed the issues but I’m disappointed to say i had the same experience as others noted about the room’s conditions.

Room cleaning bad. Stain on table. Air cleaner is full of dust. Not maintained.

A good clean, quiet business hotel on the Sumida river in Asakusa. The double twin & A/C were appreciated.Good open air view of the river & Skytree out your hotel door. Good for business travelers that don't need a lot of staff room service.
