The room is nice and cosy for those who don't mind small enclosed room. Location is great as it's one block towards Tokyo Skytree and train station. I do wish they have instructions in English on how to operate the Aircon controller as it's constantly blowing on the bed.

Very small rooms, but you have everything you might need here in this hotel, except for food but , 7/11 few steps away and many restaurants near by....walkable distance to subway station and to Sky Tree tower ...this was my 4th time staying in this hotel ....

I enjoyed my stay here. However the room was VERY small compared to the pictures and how it looked. Additionally the bathroom was tiny and overall could not have more than 1 person staying in the room in my opinion. The location was fine but for the cost I had expected a little more. Staff were amazing and friendly and the hotel was very clean.

They were very nice about keeping our luggage for us. However, there was never anyone at the front desk. The hotel cleaning staff was helpful and called the phone number at the desk and found the receptionist for us.

The view was amazing! I could see the Tokyo sky tower from my room, and walk to it in under 5 minutes. When booking the room, it said it was good for two people, however, it was one small bed, so that made it a bit difficult. They also didn't have Daily room cleaning which might be something I'm used to in the us, but did surprise me some. Aside from that, the location was pretty good, and was close to many things. The room served it's purpose for a sleeping place!

The mattress was so old that the metal bars sticking out and hurting my back the whole night. I told the staff about it and ask for another comforter to cushion; they have a blanket but it was still terrible. The mattress under the sheet was also full of hair and dirty.
